I just don't want them to get in trouble with moderators and audits for making large numbers of inappropriate reviews all in a big rush. We could put them off before they even get started and once burned they may never come back. So yes I absolutely agree we must invest in new waves of curators. | |

My stances is that 1 month of the year, we should do something to try to coax users who do not help tackle the review queue to give it a try. We must not think of new/imperfect reviewers as pests -- their mistakes are opportunities to groom and grow them for a more prosperous future. Let's not forget that we once new/inexperienced/imperfect users at one point. Our greatest veterans invariably burnout/fade-away/move-on, we must invest in new waves of curators. | |
