    Personally, my concern isn't sites requiring payment, but whether a new site I haven't seen before has spyware (siteadvisor helps a bit though). Commented Jul 14, 2009 at 23:46

  • @PhilLello almost same as, BigResource... I hate these sites, copying original free content and slathering them with ads and misleading payment schemes... these sites should rot under the weight of millions of Google search results before them... Commented Oct 24, 2012 at 23:15
