So with the reelection of President Barack Obama, white folks have lost their goddamn minds.....more than usual.

White folks have gone on Twitter, dropping the N-Word like it's going out of style.

Petitions are being brought forth for 21 states to secede from the Union.

One chick ran over her husband with a jeep because he didn't vote on election day.


You know, times like these, I only have one question to ask white folks:

This election has become a Xanatos Gambit for me in which I win either way. If Obama wins, we live to fight another day. If Romney wins, then America deserves whatever hell is rained upon her and I win. Because if after all of the attacks on women, gays, POCs, if you all still haven't woken the fuck up yet, then America needs to burn.

Either way, I win.

I've been talking about this with a number of black friends and one thing we've all stated is that in addition to our hearts going out to the victims of this tragedy, it's sad that we were all relieved when we learned that the attacker is white.

Hell look at how Trayvon Martin has been treated in the media. And he was the ACTUAL victim.

Something I've noticed. Last month I saw nothing but positive accolades for mothers and maternal figures during Mother's Day who sacrificed and went above and beyond.

However for Father's Day. I've witnessed a mixed reaction. While there are fathers out there and father figures who have stepped up and handled their responsibilities, and even responsibilities that weren't theirs to begin with, I've also heard repeated horror stories about sperm donors who were at best neglectful and at worst absent and/or abusive.

To the fathers who are doing it right, we thank you.

To the others, I'm going to need you all to step it up and learn what manhood is all about. Because this bullshit here, is unacceptable.

It appears Alan Scott has been confirmed as the outed gay superhero in question.

So let's review:

Rather than making Hal Jordan or any other relevant iconic superhero gay, DC opts for an obscure 1940s, alternate earth, second tier character who they can sweep under the rug whenever it's convenient (hell we've seen that happen to fan faves Renee Montoya, Cassandra Cain, most of Milestone). And we won't even mention that said character already had a gay son who they retconned out of the New 52 revamp.

More than that they chose a character who got his powers from a mystical flame. Because all gay guyz are flaming amirite? And a character who's weakness is wood. And then they hype up the publicity expecting to get praised for this garbage.

You CANNOT tell me the brass at DC wasn't laughing their asses off as they came up with this bullshit of a homophobic punchline. 


Like I said, NOT BUYING THE HYPE!!!!!!
