This is row k[s] = 4 (and column k[t] = 5, up to the offset) in Table 3, m = 1, of the Aganagic-Klemm-Vafa paper (page 21) and preprint (page 40). Due to eqn. (6.11), also the opposite of row k[s] = 5 in Table 4, m = -1, up to the offset.

I think the term a(4) should read 76488 instead of 91070 as written in the preprint and paper. I suspect this is an error because from eqn. (6.10), the sequence should equal column k[t] = 5 of Table 3, m = 1, which has 76488 here; also, as written above, eqn. (6.11) links it to Table 4 where we have 76488, too.
