I'm not sure if anyone mentioned global air traffic control which is based on round Earth model and would not work for flat Earth model. Also satellite orbits etc. But I think a useful point to make is that relying on authority plays a much bigger role in all kinds of reasonableness than perhaps some scientists realize. What one then needs is a good sense for which authorities to trust. That is about developing wisdom.
