Well, again, I'm not trying to stop it from happening; I'm just trying to stop it from interferring with my normal routines and health. If I were to "foster" it even more, I'd sit in front of the computer from morning till late night. With no breaks. And no food, water or stretching of toes. That's really not an experience I want. Furthermore, I find that I'm able to solve a problem much quicker if I'm allowed to step away from it and clear my head with something else.
