Speaking as management, I never wanted to believe that. Over 20+ years I met three people of whom it was true. The worst of them was the sneakiest, who once made a coworker cry for telling me what was going on. That person was definitely hiding incompetence in order to keep a salary. And that was so hard for me to believe. | |
