I am still learning in my job and take constructive criticism very well and I'm sure often times it seems like I'm agreeing with everything. Fact is though, I am agreeing because what was said makes perfect sense and there isn't much to argue against. Needless to say it sounds like your developers are behaving how I would expect them to. With more information I could probably see your point of view and help come up with a solution. | |
