  • well for a start, the upper management folks may well think your boss is doing the right thing (having done the same thing themselves), and form the opinion you are a trouble maker. And this opinion may get relayed to a prospective employer, when said employer makes enquiries. Commented Nov 5, 2010 at 11:05
