The ruling sentiment is that unit tests are good and we should definitely do them, but full-blown TDD (as in, test first, code later) isn't too useful. Tests can be written after code, as long as they are written and do test the code. | |

But we did spend a rather large amount of time debating style rather than content, and in most cases instead of settling our differences we merely decided that "hey, we've digressed for too long already; let's just pick something and get back on track". So it was very civil, really. | |
