Emphasize that you want the best for the team and the company - it's not who's right and who's wrong, but what's the best solution. I KNOW this is hard to do - it's hard for me too, but it's the most effective way to convince someone. Your approach should be the exact opposite of confrontation. Master this and you will be the Stephen Seagall of developers. :) | |
