- Thank you! I do have one question, I might have forgot to put this in my original post, but with this flow, I want to still be able to update the ARR booking field if needed. So for example, if the recurring revenue field = 22,000 and then it populates to ARR booking as $22,000, but we only had an ARR booking of = to 10,000. I want to still be able to update the ARR booking field to the $10,000 amount and it not always reflect the recurring revenue field amount. Hopefully that made sense!M.M.19– M.M.192023-11-16 16:51:29 +00:00Commented Nov 16, 2023 at 16:51
- Just to confirm, you would still like to edit the ARR booking field without changing the value in the Recurring_Revenue field right? If yes, then, based on the conditions posted above as part of my answer, if you are creating a new record and have Recurring_Revenue = 22,000 and ARR = 10,000. It would not work and will change both the field values to 22,000. If you are updating a record and just changing the ARR value to 10,000. Then Recurring_Revenue field will be 22,000 and ARR = 10,000.prem22– prem222023-11-17 02:31:45 +00:00Commented Nov 17, 2023 at 2:31
- Hello! That is correct, I would still like to edit the ARR booking field without changing the reccuring revenue field. In some instances the Recurring Revenue and Arr Booking field should be the same value, this is why I wanted to create a flow where Recurring Revenue= ARR booking. However, sometimes the ARR booking field will be a different value that I still want to be able to change if I can? Is that possible? When I go to change it right now all it does is go back to the original value that is placed in the recurring revenue field. Let me know if that answered any of your questions!thanks!M.M.19– M.M.192023-11-19 22:37:03 +00:00Commented Nov 19, 2023 at 22:37

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. marketing-cloud), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
