I can't access the Salesforce maps at all

and tried to follow, but unfortunately, in my case I can't see the Salesforce in my user license setup.

How could I make the Salesforce Maps run?

UPDATE II

In the Installed Packages -> Salesforce Maps -> Permission Groups, I've created the new permission, where I specified ArcGIS Maps as an addition apart from default settings.

Next, in the manage licenses, I toggled "Enable for platform integrations"

And still don't know why doesn't it come out
