  • You should be able to just press the Install button again on the Connected App OAuth Usage screen. Commented Oct 27 at 15:52
  • Initially beside Salesforce CLI connected app, there were block, Install options. I have installed, while installing the other apps, I have clicked on uninstall. Later Salesforce CLI app was not available in either Connected App Oauth usage/App Manager/Manage Connected Apps. Commented Oct 27 at 16:00

    If it disappeared, you need to re-use the CLI with a user that has the "Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps" permission. This will bring it back into the Connected App OAuth Usage screen, where you can press Install. Commented Oct 27 at 16:05
