What is the Unweighted Scite Index?
The Unweighted Scite Index (USI) measures how supported publications from a journal are, and is calculated using the following formula:
For example, the 2019 2-year USI includes citations to articles published in 2018 and 2019. There must be at least 100 supporting and/or contrasting cites in the measuring period to receive an USI.
