- 1It sounds like this is a third party's account that inadvertently used his e-mail address. Acting as that party may be against the terms of service for the system and thus could potentially be considered illegal in some jurisdictions. (I am not a lawyer, but that would be my concern.) The best bet is to contact Apple about it.AJ Henderson– AJ Henderson2013-01-04 17:07:15 +00:00Commented Jan 4, 2013 at 17:07
- Just to clarify, I downvoted because there is nothing in the question that indicates that the asker even has an Apple account based on his GMail account. I can't see any way that Apple could be socially engineered in to charging an e-mail account they have no billing information for. This sounds much more like a case of a typo where the username and password may be all that the legitimate user of that account has to go on to fix the issue.AJ Henderson– AJ Henderson2013-01-04 17:12:33 +00:00Commented Jan 4, 2013 at 17:12

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. web-application), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
