the IE verison is IE 11.

i tried changing that , its not working in any of the IE versions. i uninstalled Reportviewer redistributable 2005 from both of our front end servers and installed them back . But still no success.

In our sharepoint 2007 portal , we are using a reportviewer SP2005 redistributable . And when we try to print from it , it gives the error 'Unable to load print control ' . the weird thing is we have 2 WFEs , and it works on WFE1 but not on WFE2 . on the WFE1 , i checked under C:/windows/downloadable program files . there are rsclientprint.dll and other dlls for print but in the WFE2 the files are missing . So i copied all the dlls from WFE1 and pasted them in WFE2 C:/windows/downloadable program files . and tried again but still the same issue . so what i am assuming is report viewer is not able to push the 'rsclientprint.dll' properly on the WFE 2. I checked too many msdn blogs all of them say go to "c:/program files/sql reporting server" and copy the 'rsclientprintcontrol.cab' but we are not using any SQL reporting server . its just a report viewer . and i tried printing from my machine not from the server , i still get the same error even if i install the reportviewer on my machine .

so my questions are :

1. where are the 'rsclientprintcontrol.dll' files that i can manually copy in WFE2 .

2. If i somehow found the files and copied them and it still doesnt work then what is the possible solution for it

please suggest something . and once again we are not using any SQL reporting server as i am fed up reading all those posts which are just talking about that server and extracting the .cab files from there. thankss
