- Try changing the return type to "Plain Text". It appears as though your Supervisor Comment field is a multi-line text field. It's possible that your email program is stripping out any formatting or HTML, even when none is actively used in the multi-line text box. I was able to get both "As String" and "Plain Text" to work on my end, but I am also using HTML-enabled reading in Outlook. Let me know if this helps. :)C. Dennett– C. - Hi! Thank you for your suggestion. I tried what you said but it didn't work...Almarosa Vargas– Almarosa Vargas2018-07-26 17:06:04 +00:00Commented Jul 26, 2018 at 17:06
- Your screenshots appear correct. One thing I just noticed is that the Font Size in your Define Email Message screenshot appears to be set to size 3. That is very, very small. Is it possible that the comments are being added, but formatted to Font Size 3?C. Dennett– C. Dennett2018-07-27 17:15:15 +00:00Commented Jul 27, 2018 at 17:15

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. sharepoint-online), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
