There is aIs there any way so that a library only allows to upload files with athe name which matches to specific format name. Example?

Example format:

[Static name]. [Actual[Actual year]. [Unique[Unique number in the year]. [Staticyear][Static document Extension].

If the formatfile name is not indicatedmatched with the specified format, it doesshould not allow to upload the file in library.

There is a way that a library only allows to upload files with a specific format name. Example format

[Static name]. [Actual year]. [Unique number in the year]. [Static document Extension].

If the format is not indicated, it does not allow to upload the file.

Is there any way so that a library only allows to upload files with the name which matches to specific format?

Example format:

[Static name].[Actual year].[Unique number in the year][Static document Extension].

If the file name is not matched with the specified format, it should not allow to upload the file in library.
