The main goal is to get people to stop asking questions that are only relevant to them, or to a handful of people in a similar position. The current wording already deals with the former, this wording should also cover the latter. | |

The existing text (which implies that questions on situations specific to the asker will be closed) seems more useful in this regard. | |
