If you know that, all you need to do is to offer them the tools they need, talk about what they work on to other teams, and encourage everyone to help each other. This is true even if your team's goal is already defined, since even in that case, they keep the freedom to how they achieve that goal. On the other hand, Scrum does not play well with this kind of behavior. | |
