It sounds like you are spending time because the scope is changing - you are defining the UI/UX after sprint planning, when the story was estimated. If a story is about implementing a UI then the story should probably have at least a wireframe or even a sketch of how it should look. Creating this wireframe or sketch is probably a story in itself that must happen before the implementation story. | |
