- 1Both A and B have been used. However they want to move to using 1 technology for all projects. Both technologies's performance is good enough for current projects. - 6I agree with @Walfrat . I would bet the language with "highest potential" is straight-up assembly or some raw CPU instruction set. But we aren't talking about those languages because its "obvious" that having tools like compilers, interpreters, and pre-written libraries is ultra important.
