I'm asking a question to determine if they're telling the truth when they're saying they are agile. I've already been in a cowboy environment and would like to prevent that from happening. I know that there are organizations that use agile as a buzzword, so I'm trying to filter those out. Also, interviews go both ways, I'm interviewing the company while they're interviewing me. | |
