While it's not a desireable result, scrum teams should realize that it's perfectly reasonable for some stories to not be completed from time to time. It certainly shouldn't be a normal result, if you're failing to complete more than a single story it shows you're doing something wrong, but to say its not ever a valid result is a bit strong in my opinion. I would rather have teams that pick a bit too much work to do then pick not enough. | |
