But, I do not believe in "general purpose" languages - none of them is really general enough, so still there is a plenty of space for new "somewhat general" languages (which are all, in fact, DSLs of a sort). | |

I should probably reformulate it as "implementing a new general-purpose language from scratch is in practise never the right way to go." :) | |
