Thanks to help from Rob Vandenberg, I was finally able to fix the problem with Windows 11! There is a new release available on the Files page. Download that and you should have no problems!

I never got around to implementing this, but I did learn recently of a similar project with has implemented left handed scrolling: https://github.com/rob-vandenberg/GyroScroll I may still get around to doing this someday, but it is not a priority for me right now.
