I'm looking to do offline reverse geocoding for a project. This is so that I can make cronjobs and get the city, state for millions of records. Does anybody know a service that can provide the data ( paid or free ) that can do it?

I've look at http://www.geonames.org/, but that's not exactly what I need.

I need to do offline reverse geocoding, meant to run as cron-jobs. Reverse coder should give city, state for millions of 'records'.
