Thanks for your suggestion, but I don't even know what defaultSharedPreferences are. Can you please edit yout post and explain yourself better? I'm a newbie in Android developement and only know what official tut states

create code fences with backticks ` or tildes ~

like so

put returns between paragraphs
for linebreak add 2 spaces at end

backtick escapes `like _so_`
quote by placing > at start of line
to make links (use https whenever possible)
