oddly enough, i have found the behavior of this setting can be different than shift+alt+f in certain situations. don't know why though!

When I have this enable and I create a function in C#, I can complete the whole thing and move on yet the function isn't formatted until I do the "Format Document" feature. I don't know why the above setting doesn't format after typing a function.
