Let me inform you that i am not a designer by trade and i don't have any design sense either. But by luck i have to design forms in my company. But i do not get the professional look that you see on websites. I want to know which fonts do designers use for :-

2. Title (say the Title of the blog post)

Also tell me what should it's size be?
