I am trying to install atari-py of openai gym module and i get the below errors:

The below are my system details.

Kernel: Linux 3.10.0-693.17.1.el7.x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.4 (Maipo) conda 4.5.11 Python 3.6.5 |Anaconda, Inc.| (default, Apr 29 2018, 16:14:56)

The most alarming thing is that it says c compiler is broken. Cmake is already installed using

yum install cmake

as well as

conda install cmake

Updated after installing glibc-static.

The new errors are below:

  • Possibly related to /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lc while compiling with makefile and Linker error: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lc. Commented Aug 31, 2018 at 16:08
  • This fixed the -lc errors but i am getting errors related to crt1.o' is incompatible with i386:x86-64 output Commented Aug 31, 2018 at 18:00
  • "... errors related to crt1.o' is incompatible with i386:x86-64..." Maybe you need to remove -m32 somewhere? Or maybe add -m64 somewhere? Hard to say without seeing error messages. Commented Aug 31, 2018 at 18:06
  • I have updated the questions with new errors Commented Aug 31, 2018 at 18:18
  • I think you should read the error messages and then perform a quick search. Commented Aug 31, 2018 at 18:34
