Description
Allows vectorizing AdvancedIncSubtensor. Explicitly decomposes slice objects into start/stop/step Tensors.
NB: It is important to note that I am way over my head - this is vibe coded with Gemini. I had problem with using pymc-extras and this fixed my pathfinder fitting issues.
