You have to configure your vhost to show forbidden files with the directive IndexOptions ShowForbidden+ShowForbidden inside your <Directory> declaration:

... Options +Indexes IndexOptions ShowForbidden+ShowForbidden ...

Restart apache server and now you should be able to see all the files.
