Dec 20, 2021 at 17:39 comment added D. Ben Knoble Mod @MartinTournoij added [gvim] and [neovim]. Does increase the counts some. data.stackexchange.com/stackoverflow/revision/1532873/1876157/…
Dec 20, 2021 at 16:56 comment added Martin Tournoij Actually, I think it just stores/returns the tags as <tag1> <tag2>, and it's not special syntax at all; see e.g. this query (need to check "text only results". So to answer your question: yes, it only includes the Vim tag, and not "neovim". Not sure how many questions there are tagged only neovim.
Dec 20, 2021 at 16:52 comment added Martin Tournoij I'm not sure either @D.BenKnoble; Gilles wrote most of that query; I just modified it a bit (to add some sites, or the graph, or something; I forgot). I'm not very familiar with MS SQL Server's dialect of SQL, and docs for like don't mention < or >🤔
Dec 20, 2021 at 15:18 comment added D. Ben Knoble Mod @MartinTournoij thanks; do we know if that includes neovim? I see like %<vi>% and like %<vim>% but it's not clear if <> are "word boundaries" there, probably bc I spend too much time with vim's patterns.
Dec 20, 2021 at 8:27 comment added Martin Tournoij Overview of # of Vi questions on different sites: data.stackexchange.com/stackoverflow/query/611134/… – just FYI. I hadn't looked at it in quite some time.
Dec 19, 2021 at 19:20 comment added D. Ben Knoble Mod @Mass I'm not sure. We'll need to get together with the SO community and ask if they want to revisit the scope of SO to exclude vi/vim so that new Qs can be moved here, or if they are happy with the status-quo.
Dec 19, 2021 at 15:11 comment added Mass great news! stackoverflow still gets a fair number of vi/vim questions daily, is there a plan to migrate more questions to vi.se now that it's out of beta?
Dec 7, 2021 at 14:51 comment added statox Congrats you all! It's so cool to see this great site finally graduating!
Dec 6, 2021 at 1:33 comment added Martin Tournoij I've been trying to come up with some witty Vi-related answer/command, but I can't think of one :-( I can't believe it's been (almost) seven years since the beta started.
