Block theme pattern not showing

    I am using wp 6.4.1 w/ twentytwentyfour theme (that i have made a child theme of).

    I have created a pattern in my theme, with this header. I was expecting when i created a new event i would be able to select my pattern. But it does not show, instead i just get a default page w/ some TEC content.

    How can i enable my custom pattern here? It works this way for post and page types.

    Thanks for patiently waiting.

    Unfortunately, Block patterns are not fully supported at the moment.

    However, we just released partial basic compatibility with Site Editor (which should get completed in the next release with Venue, Organizer, Category, and Tag templates).

    In the meantime, I have added your case to our internal ticket. While we don’t have an ETA, you’ll get notified once there is an update and fix.
