    Dear Support,

On the product sync page of the plugin, when I add categories to exclude, I can no longer save the sync settings.

I get the following console error:

Please respond, I have customers who need to optimise their ad campaigns.

    Hello, I’ve the same problem.

    Hi there,

I understand that when you add categories to exclude, you can no longer save the sync settings.

Could you please deactivate other plugins and check if this issue persists with just WooCommerce and the Facebook for WooCommerce extension activated?

Let me know what you find, and please share your site’s system status report if you need further assistance on this.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

Curiously, the Save button works again when you add at least one set of products in the new “FB Product Sets” section of plugin.

I have the same problem here, any solution?
