Issue with popup triggered by external element

Hi

Im trying to make a floating menu (using the plugin Buttonizer) with buttons interacting with gutenberg blocks, more specifically pop up blocks. I’ve created a page to try this out, and while the EB pop up can be triggered as intended by external elements (such as a WordPress button), it does not work with the Buttonizer.

I reached out to their support and they were rather surprised it didnt work.

” I’m actually quite surprised the Essential Blocks Popup wasn’t working either when adding the class “pop-up” to your Buttonizer button. I tried changing your button to a Popup instead of Website URL and it still wasn’t triggering properly. I’m wondering if it’s because Buttonizer loads after your website loads, so it’s not “seeing” it yet? This could be a good thing to ask their support team; perhaps elements that load after your site has loaded are not captured as expected “

1. Can you confirm whether or not this is the case, ie that the pop up cant interact with elements that load after the site has loaded?
2. Also wondering, if the EB pop up block support JavaScript triggers?
