    Hi,

I have a website which I can’t access the tools of wp google maps.

The error that shows is this one: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64630784 bytes) in /wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps-pro/includes/import-export/page.import-export.php on line 1293

    What I already tried:

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’); -> I can see the page, but I can’t access anything, then the page just go blank.

Deactivating Theme + plugins -> The issue remained

    Update all the plugins/Themes/translations

I’m out of ideas, what can I do to solve this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @socialbrothers,

Thank you for reaching out, we do appreciate your time. I am sorry for the trouble you are experiencing at the moment.

Unfortunately, as this issue directly relates to our Pro add-on, I will need to ask you to reach out to us on our website for assistance. As per the WordPress.org guidelines, these forums are reserved for basic plugin support, meaning we are not allowed to discuss or support our premium add-ons here.

With that said, I do believe there is something running in the background, perhaps an import which is completing slowly, that is causing this issue. If you reach out directly, someone from our team should be able to confirm and resolve the issue.

Note: As per the WordPress.org guidelines mentioned above, this thread will be marked as resolved, as it is related to our Pro add-on. We hope to hear from you directly soon.
