    Hi all,
Can anyone tell me why some fields in the translation have been changed? I can’t figure out what function has filled the fields.
For example, as you can see in the SCREENSHOT, the translation of “Claim” is:

    -#-#-#-# _directories-pro-it_IT.po (unnamed project) #-#-#-#-

    Gestisci -#-#-#-# directories-payments-it_IT.po (unnamed project) #-#-#-#-

    Richiesta Gestione

I never wrote all this, but I only wrote “Manage”
    What’s going on?

    Regards
    Umberto

My editor doesn’t place text into translation fields without you actioning it. If you didn’t type it in, I can’t explain how it got there. Who created the original PO file?

Thanks for the reply. The original language file is created by the Directories Pro plugin. But, from what the author says, it is not caused by his plugin. Anyway, I restored the translation and now everything is ok. It remains a mystery though.

    Hi,

As I wrote before, I would like to understand why, if I synchronize a translation I created, after saving it it goes from 100% to 17%. I attach the screen recording, so that I can understand.

Because as per the OK message in your screencast the sync process is finding another 2k+ strings in the configured POT file.

Please read what the Sync function does to understand why it behaves this way: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/sync
