Widget does not open in windows WhatsApp app automatically

      I have created a whatsapp widget for this website. When clicked, it opens up Whatsapp Web, instead of going to the app by default. Is there no other way of doing this?

    Hi @basutramp , thanks for reaching out! Yes, that’s possible, just please make sure to uncheck the setting “Use WhatsApp Web directly on desktop”. I’m attaching a screenshot for reference, you will see the check after clicking on the Settings button under the WhatsApp channel.
