WooCommerce Error After Purchase is Made

After a purchase is made of an e-book, the client receives an error that the page cannot be found and the download page for the e-book isn’t supplied, but the card is still charged. I checked with ChatCPT which gave some suggestions, and I contacted my webhost to whitelist the WooCommerce download routes, but even after the security on the host was changed, the error is still there after a purchase is made. I have verified that the link used for the download for the e-book works correctly. I have also saved and resaved the permalinks with the WordPress site.
