  • Friday night was special. Coming together at year’s end is at the heart of ATOSS culture: it’s a time to reflect on success, recognize hard work, and celebrate what makes us thrive. This year, our motto was "Out of Space"—fitting for everything we’ve achieved and where we’re headed, following this record 20th growth year in a row. The energy in the room was incredible, especially when we honored colleagues with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and several 30-year anniversaries.   • Unvorbereitet in die Zukunft: Nur 25% der Unternehmen fühlen sich auf aktuelle Herausforderungen vorbereitet Die neue ATOSS FutureWorks Studie zeigt: Zwischen Bewusstsein und Handeln klafft in europäischen Unternehmen eine deutliche Lücke. Im Durchschnitt stehen Unternehmen sieben großen Herausforderungen gleichzeitig gegenüber, doch nur 25% fühlen sich auf diese gut vorbereitet. Gerade einmal 24% der Unternehmen fühlen sich für die Einführung neuer Technologien bereit. ATOSS’ latest research, drawn from over 450 European decision-makers, reveals that companies – on average – face seven major challenges at the same time.
