When the stakes are high, the right tech partner makes all the difference. For LSKD—a global movement rooted in performance, community, and grit—that moment came when they uncovered over $100K in fraudulent affiliate commissions. They didn’t just need data. They needed action. That’s where Moby Agents from Triple Whale stepped in: ✅ $100K+ in fraud detected and prevented ✅ 40% lift in blended ROAS ✅ 3+ hours saved per week on reporting and analysis ✅ $8M AUD in revenue growth—with no increase in ad spend But the real story is how it happened: Agent-powered anomaly detection spotted affiliate abuse during a major sale—something even seasoned analysts could’ve missed. AI-driven reporting replaced siloed, inflated platform data—becoming LSKD’s new source of truth. Smarter budget reallocation fueled efficient growth, driven by real impact—not last-click noise. This is what it looks like when brands use AI strategically, not reactively. And here’s the key: Moby Agents didn’t replace the LSKD team—they enhanced it. By handling heavy, repetitive analysis, agents freed the team to focus on what really moves the needle: strategy, creativity, and innovation. This isn’t about less human input. It’s about higher-value human output. Full story here: https://lnkd.in/eNiVtyrC #eCommerce #ArtificialIntelligence #PerformanceMarketing #RetailTech #DTC #GrowthMarketing #triplewhale #moby

With Huginn and his growing team of specialized agents, we’re empowering brands to personalize, analyze, and optimize their commerce experiences autonomously. This launch also opens access to Nosto’s Large Intent Model, enabling partners to build their own agentic LLM applications for retail, ushering in a new era of adaptive, intelligent commerce. From native integrations with Shopify Sidekick and Klaviyo, to a complete set of developer tools and MCP documentation, we’re building the foundation for what comes next in AI-powered personalization. We’re proud to be the first agentic Commerce Experience Platform, and this is just the beginning. TikTok US is now a joint venture. 50% owned by Oracle, Silver Lake, and MGX. ByteDance keeps less than 20%. Deal closes Jan 22. Why This Matters: - The algorithm is getting retrained on US data only. - Your content performance, Shop listings, and ad targeting will be filtered through a system optimized exclusively for American users. - Oracle handles all US data and security. Translation: TikTok Shop just became way more stable for serious commerce players. If you've been waiting on the sidelines because of regulatory risk, that risk just dropped significantly. 2026 will be a wild ride! https://lnkd.in/gu9d5bDR

There’s been a lot of talk in the DTC space about whether AI can actually drive real business outcomes. At The Whalies, it became real. For months, we’ve been sharing where Triple Whale is headed, how agents will transform decision-making, execution, and performance across ecomm teams. But this wasn’t more talk. What happened at The Whalies was the shift from concept to conviction. You could feel it. Last year, the conversations were about what’s possible. This year, they were about how fast can we go. Customers weren’t asking “When is this launching?” They were opening their laptops mid-event and asking, “Can I buy this right now?” One agency partner pulled me aside and said: “We’re running a hackathon on the hotel roof tonight to build SOPs with your agents.” That level of urgency, that clarity, wasn’t there even a few months ago. And when AJ kicked off a live agent run during the keynote, someone in the crowd muttered: “Holy $**t.” (In the best way possible.) That’s when it clicked. This isn’t hype. It’s impact. And while not everyone could be in the room, we’re doing everything we can to bottle that energy and bring it to you. Because this isn’t just momentum anymore. It’s a movement.

What happens when you combine Adobe Commerce with Klaviyo? You stop guessing and start personalizing. ATF recently launched our Adobe Commerce Klaviyo Connector, built with App Builder to make commerce data actually usable for marketing teams. Customers, products, carts, orders, and promotions flow directly into Klaviyo so you can trigger smarter email and SMS campaigns based on real behavior, not stale exports. No custom glue code. No manual syncs. Just clean, reliable data powering better experiences. If you are running Adobe Commerce and using Klaviyo, this connector closes a gap we see all the time between commerce and marketing. Check it out on Adobe Exchange with the link in comments...

🏗️ I built a Chief of Staff agent that runs inside my Claude Code This is a system that reads what I actually did this week and tells me where I'm drifting from what I said matters. It cuts across a ton of workstreams. Job, advisory, side projects, family projects, personal goals, basic life admin. Each has its own kanban tasks, PRDs, and activity trail. Before the CoS they were all isolated from one another and there was no concept of "working on the right stuff?" 📊 What the chief of staff reads: → My goals (ranked 1-6 with explicit priorities) → My workstream activity (git commits mapped to each workstream) → My kanban board (what's in progress, blocked, aging) → My active PRDs (which plans are stale, which are progressing) → My messages (I feed it thinking, meeting notes, decisions I made outside the terminal) That last one matters. It's not reading my email or Slack threads or social yet. So I stream it context. Quick notes, voice memos, things I decided on a call. Keeps it honest about the full picture, not just what shows up in Claude Code. 📋 What it produces — a 3-section brief: 🔴 REDIRECT — the goal with the biggest gap between stated priority and actual activity. One line. One diagnostic question. 🟢 BUSINESS — what actually moved in the last 48 hours, mapped back to which goal it serves. 🟡 OPEN LOOPS — stale projects, blocked tasks, things quietly rotting. ⚡ Three modes: on-demand brief, one-liner at every session start, and scheduled Slack delivery so I get alignment checks even when I'm not in the repo. Next step is probably giving it more agency. Less reporting, more doing. 💬 What's the system you wish was watching your back? #AI #GTM #BuildInPublic #ClaudeCode

It had great market fit. Early users loved it. Retention signs were strong. But... the path to monetization wasn’t as immediate as another product the business needed to focus on, one that was faster to ship and would likely bring in revenue quicker. Stakeholders leaned that way. And after some hard conversations, I agreed. It was the right business decision. But let’s not pretend it’s painless. I had done great research, written the PRD, and figured out the user flow. I was very excited for this, and when it was shelved, I was saddened. As PMs, we put real energy into our bets: research, alignment, prototyping, user calls, and long nights. When that work gets shelved, it stings. Still, this is the job: Knowing when to fight. Knowing when to let go. And knowing that backlog doesn’t mean failure; it means not now. We don’t ship every idea. But we ship what matters most, even when it’s not ours. I've taken it as a learning curve, though. I'm still in the process of figuring out how to prioritize, particularly when stakeholders are involved. I've read some helpful articles, such as this one by Parabol, which focuses on various frameworks and how to use them to prioritize tasks before they reach stakeholders. If you're also interested in improving your prioritization skills, I recommend checking it out. I also have another article by ProductDive, which is extremely helpful. You can find them below: Parabol: https://lnkd.in/dQ7JGhJ8 ProductDive: https://lnkd.in/ddK7Cw3C Hope you're having a great week so far! #prioritization #productmanagement #stakeholders #wednesday

1848 Ventures • 2K followers
As some of you know, I’ve been working quietly on a new startup called elsie AI. It’s part of 1848 Ventures, where our mission is to help small and midsize businesses. The backbone of America. While I bring experience from consumer products and marketplaces that reached millions, building a B2B SaaS from zero to one is a (fun) new game for me. I’m learning fast. Here are a few early takeaways. 1. Building AI prototypes as lead gen and learning tools Tools like Replit and Lovable make it quick to test ideas and get feedback. We’ve been using small AI tools as both learning experiments and ways to attract early interest in elsie. Here are three we’ve built so far: https://lnkd.in/d3j65bjs - to create cool social posts based on your e-commerce products. www.site-roast.com - tongue-in-cheek website health checker https://lnkd.in/dzyj5ey6 - to help you monitor subreddits and find where to engage We’re still figuring out the right tactics, but it’s been a fun and scrappy process. 2. Community building on Reddit I never really used Reddit before, but our audience hangs out there. So that’s where I’ve been spending time. Two weeks in, 46 contributions, 37 karma points. No bans yet. That's good, right? It’s noisy, but when you find the right subreddits, the conversations are gold. 3. Learning from e-commerce experts and design partners I don’t pretend to be an e-commerce expert. Luckily, there are many who are. We’re spending time with solo e-commerce founders and industry experts who can test our ideas and help us shape the product. If you know someone I should talk to, please tag them or send them my way. 4. Building in public We’re a small but mighty team. And we want to bring people along from the very start. Even when our MVP isn’t all that “viable” yet. We’ll launch a public beta early, share what’s working (and what’s not), and keep learning from the feedback. 5. The advantage of being part of 1848 Ventures Being part of 1848V gives us access to best practices across the portfolio. The companies may look different on the surface, from food compliance to e-commerce, but the growth and GTM lessons overlap more than you’d think. It helps us move faster and more precisely. And luckily, my colleagues are way smarter than me. If you’d like to follow along, sign up for the waitlist at www.elsie-ai.com. And I’d love to hear from you. What strategies or tools helped you go from zero to one? #AI #Startups #B2B #SaaS #Entrepreneurship #Founders #BuildInPublic

Substack puts writing, audience ownership, and payments in one place, so any writer can hit “send” and get paid. Stripe is proud to power that payments engine. Today tens of thousands of Substack writers serve more than 5 million paying subscribers worldwide. We’ve just released the case study (link in comments) on scaling subscriptions, payouts, and global reach together. Big thanks to the entire Substack team for leading the charge toward truly independent publishing.

Imagine creating 5 different sequences in the time you to write one email... Amplemarket.com has just brought that to life with AI-assisted multichannel sequences. I remembered spending an entire morning crafting ONE sequence. Writing personalized emails, mapping out multichannel touches, and planning follow-ups. Hours of work for a single sequence. From idea to fully personalized multichannel sequence now in as little as 60 seconds. I'm not exaggerating. I literally timed it yesterday: Identified target persona ✅ AI-generated personalized messaging across email, LinkedIn, and calls Mapped out 8 touchpoints ✅ Ready to launch ✅ What used to eat up my morning now happens while my coffee's still hot ☕ The best part? I can test multiple sequence variations in real-time. Different messaging angles, various touchpoint combinations, industry-specific approaches. Speed without sacrificing personalization is exactly what I was looking for. If you're still spending hours building sequences, we should chat. Learn more 👉 https://lnkd.in/eJcuBcYK P.s. if you're around @SaaStock, swing by booth #234 at to see it in action

Kyle Poyar's talk at Monetize nailed the reality of AI pricing: seats are giving way to usage and credits, hybrid models are the practical middle ground, and outcome-based pricing is on the horizon but only works if you can measure value with confidence. Metronome #Monetize2025

When John W. and I started Cartbloom, we kept seeing the same thing: Amazon-native brands knew the Walmart Marketplace had massive potential, but weren't sure where to start. The onboarding process has a real learning curve - and takes expertise to navigate. So we built a system to solve exactly that. Today, we're proud to share that Cartbloom is officially an approved agency within Walmart's Marketplace Agency Network - helping brands navigate the launch process from start to finish. If you're an Amazon brand thinking about expanding to Walmart, we’d love to chat!

I was privileged to be one of 30+ guests at Reo.Dev's DevGTM Conversations last year, where we discussed everything from building content engines that drive revenue to converting open-source signals into pipeline. Over the past 2.5 years, Reo has systematically built the most comprehensive knowledge base on developer go-to-market strategy. They've documented playbooks from companies like HashiCorp, Vercel, Confluent, GitLab, and Postman. They've had conversations with 3,500+ people in DevGTM roles. And now they've evolved all of that into something you can learn from. The DevGTM Academy just launched its first live cohort! 🔥 This isn't another course you watch on 2x speed and forget. It's 10 weeks of live classes, AMA sessions, and playbook breakdowns with top DevTool GTM experts who've built and scaled these motions. ☑️ You'll learn how to identify buying intent using developer signals, ☑️ How to write messages CTOs respond to, ☑️ How to turn technical evaluations into pipeline and scale this with automated workflows. If you're selling to developers and are tired of traditional SaaS playbooks falling flat, this is worth checking out. PS: Cohort 1 members get exclusive benefits plus lifetime access to a global network of DevGTM professionals. Limited seats available. Apply with the link below #devtool #gtm #developermarketing
