- [Lecturer] The architecture design of GDC provides built-in security guarantees for the platform. This is important for you as a security analyst. These security guarantees apply to the following domains, facility, hardware, node/host, network, data, software development lifecycle, or SDLC, and security operations. Let's briefly look at each. GDC is deployed in customer designated air-gapped data centers, which must comply with local regulations. This means that the data center must have multiple security measures in place, such as the following: Secure perimeter defense systems to prevent unauthorized access to the data center. Comprehensive camera coverage to monitor all activity in the data center. Physical authentication to ensure that only authorized personnel can access the data center. 24/7 guard staff to patrol the data center and respond to any security incidents.
