Монгол Улс Ази тивээс анх удаа энэхүү индексийг тогтоолгож байгаа нь онцлох үйл явдал юм. Энэхүү индекс нь үнэлгээний чадавхын суурь түвшинг тодорхойлж, олон улсын түвшинд хүлээн зөвшөөрөгдсөн арга зүйг нэвтрүүлэх, мэргэжилтнүүдийг бэлтгэх, сургалт, зөвлөмж авах боломжийг бүрдүүлж байгаа юм.
