I’m facing a persistent issue with my App Store listing for my app. The issue has now persisted for almost 2 months (since September 29, 2025), and the new store listing images I uploaded to App Store Connect still do not appear on the live App Store.
Here’s what’s happening:
I uploaded new screenshots to App Store Connect (all approved and visible inside App Store Connect), and they also appear correctly when viewed in a desktop browser.
The updated images do not show on any iOS device in any region.
I submitted three new builds, each containing updated store listing images.
Despite that, the new images never appear on the App Store.
I also created a Product Page test in the Product Page Optimization (PPO) when updating images. However, the Product Page Test did not show any data in the Analytics tab; all metrics remained zero for the default product page and treatment A. I let the test run for almost two weeks(Oct 17, 2025) and then stopped it due to no activity. I even submitted one build after stopping the test, but the issue still persists.
Question:
Is there any known issue, cache delay, or App Store metadata propagation problem that could cause screenshots to not update for this long?
Is there a workaround or a specific method to force-refresh App Store listing images?
