Submit new bug (Cairo and before; no longer used)

Please start a new topic for each bug, and only set bugs to BugResolved when they have made it into the TWikiAlphaRelease.

  • Consider filing a Support question unless you are very sure you have found a bug. In particular, have a look at the SupportGuidelines to ensure you provide enough information to diagnose and resolve the bug.
  • To help you with installing TWiki, use the testenv script. Please run it before reporting a bug or requesting support! testenv checks for many common installation problems and provides detailed diagnostic messages. If testenv did not detect a problem and you solved it, please add a suggestion (or patch) into ImproveTestenv.

  • Please scan over the existing bugs to see if it has been reported already.
  • If you are including code to fix bugs, thanks for contributing to TWiki's development! Please see the PatchGuidelines to make your patch easier to apply.

Old WebForm Bug Reports

OLD WORKFLOW: The following is using the old WebForm workflow. We are now using ChangeProposals. Forms for creating new topics should have been removed. See WebCreateNewTopic for alternate forms.

Any topics listed here in dynamic tables will need to be converted from WebForm to the new ChangeProposalForm if you want to propose them for a release. Please read the preferred method to use for conversion.
