1. add a link to create new sheets at the main app. menu (right now just "list sheets") Really? Ok. I intend to rename the menu item Spreadsheets, rather than TikiSheets so people will know what it is.

3. (tested with jquery.sheet disabled) Creating a graph doesn't auto-display the wiki text underneath as it used to do. The "Wiki Plugin section displays nothing even if you type range of cells for label and data. http://localhost/tiki_trunk/tiki-graph_sheet.php?sheetId=1&graphic=PieChartGraphic&width=500&height=400&renderer=PNG .. presumably old bugs - not looked at that bit at all
   • Won't fix as Tiki7 will see overhaul of graphs

4. With Tiki 5.0: When jquery.sheet is off, but spreadsheet and ajax are on, I see the never-ending ajax "loading" icon and shadowed square over the spreadsheet table, and I can't click to any button (edit, etc.) because the shadowed square from ajax "loading" doesn't seem to allow clicking underneath. It can be reproduced in http://precarios.org/sheet1 (once upgraded to Tiki5). Using Arcturus.css + smartiki.css.
   Fixed? 5.x r27874 (backports of various fixes in trunk)
5. Xavi testing with this SHEET HISTORY as an example in trunk and REV 28956: http://demo.tiki.org/trunk/tiki-history_sheets.php?sheetId=1&readdate=1284113147|1284112683|
   • (0) the Pipe character in tiki url's like above doesn't allow to hide url and write a label instead. I.e.: [http://www.spreadsheet.com|foo] produces foo, but the url 1284112683 doesn't seem to get parsed properly. If you remove the trailing pipe, sheet history is displayed anyway in the same way (afaik) but the parsing of that link is not the expected: it shows the second text. And adding some text at the end after the second pipe, doesn't change the result with revision 28956, at least: 1284112683
   • (1) show version number on top of each sheet
   • (2) allow the user to place sheets side to side, or above and below. There is no perfect solution: some sheets or editions add lots of content to columns, and some other times, it's to rows
   • (3) By default, I would show sheets above and below, aas in the beginning, because most tiki sites use side columns, and some tiki sites are starting to use "fixed width" for the tiki display, and annoying to have to scroll so much even if you have a huge and wide screen.
   • (4) ensure that you can let the admin decide whether one or two of the tiki side columns have to be shown when you are in the feature spreadsheet. This can be handled for most features through "Admin > Look and Feel >Miscellaneous > Layout per section (tiki-admin_layout.php)"
   • BTW: I notice that I can't see the changes in style/markup (column width or bg color, etc.). FYI

   • (6) display the table with the list of versions and the buttons to coompare some other combination also below the side by side comparison of two versions (like inn Wiki history)
   • (7) in order to let the user decide when comparing two sheet versions if he/she wants to see (a) the original wiki text in the sheet , or (b) the parsed text-html or (c) Output text only - no html tags, you could look at what jörn ott did at tiki-page-contribution.php. 1. Resize bars are too hard to grab (use coordinates)
   • Usability issue still: no icon is shown so is not clear that firefox will allow the user to resize that cell. It does, but it's not clear how (until you try, just in case).

2. Default color selection
   • Color UI is better now than before on https://rawgithub.com/Spreadsheets/jQuery.sheet/master/jquery.sheet.html but I still think there are too many colors
3. Text color now changes as soon as the tool is click, but text background only changes when we click out. Easy to fix?

• Review sheet permissions, including PluginSheet and Category Permissions .
  • Attention: plugin SHEET doesn't respect perms on Tiki 4.1 nor in trunk.
    Example:

  I tried to fix wikiplugin_sheet.php with this: http://pastebin.com/ChmZz7zE but it's not fully fixed. A user without local perm on that sheet can still see the sheet through sheet plugin in a wiki page. Xavi (Sept. 5, 2010)
• Use the Time_sheet profile, and find a way for the the calculated value (only one number) from PluginTrackerlist to be used in a cell sheet.
• Contribution fields should be added to jquery-sheet interface, as they show up in non-jquery-sheet interface once "contribution" feature is on.
  Select box Viewable in the sheet interface, contribution type added to mysql tables, but contribution not viewable in the action log interface. Xavi (Sept. 5th, 2010).
