I have a street layer for routing. I'm using the QNEAT3 plugin for QGIS 3.40.3 but it keeps making impossible turns. For example, it takes turns on bridges over a highway to the highway directly instead of taking the correct exit.

The data provider also gave us a table with turn restrictions. Is there a way for QNEAT or a different routing plugin to take these turn restrictions into account? Or is there another way to prevent wrong turns e.g. by using topology?

  • pgrouting has Turn Restriction Shortest Path (TRSP) pgrouting.org but it is full postgres db routing tool. Commented Feb 7 at 13:31
  • Something included in QGIS would be best... I'm surprised it's so hard to find something that supports turn restrictions, this seems pretty basic Commented Feb 10 at 9:03
